1. The service

Intellicall provides AI voice employees that answer phone calls, capture leads, book appointments, and take payments on behalf of small businesses. Setup, configuration, and ongoing operation are delivered as a managed service.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your portal credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, or to call anyone in violation of TCPA, CASL, or other applicable telecom laws. You're responsible for ensuring your scripts and outreach comply with the law in your jurisdiction.

4. Fees and cancellation

Pricing is set in your engagement letter or order form. We don't lock you into long-term contracts — you can cancel with reasonable notice and we will help wind down the integration.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantee of specific revenue outcomes; results vary based on call volume, offer, and follow-through.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
