1. What we collect

When you submit a form on our site we collect your business name, contact name, email, phone number, business type, and any message you share. When our AI voice employees handle calls for a client, we process call recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, and outcome metadata.

2. How we use it

We use this information to reply to your inquiry, deliver and improve the service, route calls and bookings on behalf of our clients, and produce performance reports. We do not sell personal information.

3. Sub-processors

We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, database, voice telephony, and AI inference. Each is bound by data-processing terms.

4. Retention

Lead submissions are retained while we evaluate fit and for a reasonable period after to honor opt-outs. Call recordings and transcripts are retained per the client's configured policy.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@voxxium.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
